Refund Policy

Funtasia is open to the public, with specific areas requiring paid admission. Tickets must be purchased via our official website (Funtasia.ie), over the phone, or at our venue.

Ticket Purchase: Only tickets bought through the official Funtasia website are valid. Tickets from unauthorised sellers may result in denied entry.
Proof of Purchase: An email with your ticket or gift voucher will be sent to the provided email address. It is your responsibility to ensure you receive this email and verify the details.
Booking at Venue: Tickets can also be purchased at our desks. However, due to capacity limits, entry to certain areas or attractions is not guaranteed without pre-booking.
Group Bookings: Parties, corporate events, and group bookings must be arranged directly with the Funtasia Sales Team via email (partyoffice@funtasia.ie) or phone (0419898000).

Terms and Conditions of Entry

Funtasia, located at Unit 1, Donore Rd, Drogheda, Co. Louth, welcomes all visitors subject to the following terms:

Tickets

Online Discounted Tickets: These are not fast-track tickets. Normal queue procedures apply.
Ticket Validity: Ensure your ticket is from an authorised source. Counterfeit tickets will result in denied admission and possible prosecution.
Resale & Refunds: Tickets cannot be resold for more than face value. No refunds or exchanges after purchase.
Venue Policies: Admission may be refused or individuals may be removed for safety reasons, unacceptable behaviour, or policy breaches.
Entry Conditions: Security checks may be conducted. Tickets are non-transferable for promotional use without permission.
Event Changes: Event partners may alter the program or seating without prior notice and without obligation to refund unless the changes are materially different from what was expected.
Risk & Liability: Ticket holders assume all risks associated with attendance. Funtasia is not liable for personal injury, property loss, or damage.

Funtasia Entry

Some attractions require parental supervision. Tickets can be booked online or at the venue.

Conduct of Visitors

Funtasia reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for:

Behaviour: Affecting safety or enjoyment of others, causing damage, or being offensive.
Intoxication: Or use of prohibited substances.
Smoking: Including e-cigarettes, is prohibited.
Food & Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not allowed in designated areas. Assistance dogs are permitted; other pets are not.
Prohibited Items: Include weapons, fireworks, glass bottles, and alcohol.

Limitations of Liability

Funtasia is not liable for any loss or damage unless due to negligence. Personal property brought to Funtasia is at the owner’s risk.

Events Outside the Control of Funtasia

Funtasia is not responsible for delays or non-performance due to unforeseen events, including weather or technical issues.

These Terms and all disputes and issues between Funtasia and an Entrant arising out of or in any way relating to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Funtasia and Visitors hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
