General Questions
We are open seven days a week, though hours may vary for different activities and rides. For the most up-to-date information, please refer to our Opening Times page or contact our guest services team.

Tickets and Group Bookings
It is not necessary to book tickets in advance however, we recommend pre-booking your tickets to guarantee entry at your preferred time. Please note that online packages are now available for same-day purchase on-site.
If you prefer, you can buy tickets for individual rides and activities on the day of your visit, but these will be at the regular price and won’t include the online discounts.
No, online packages must be used in full on the day of your visit. They cannot be split across multiple days or used for separate visits. If you plan to visit on different days, we recommend purchasing pay-as-you-go tickets for each visit directly at the theme park.
No, our discounted packages are only available online and must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance. They cannot be bought for same-day use on-site.
However, you can still visit us without a pre-booked ticket and use the pay-as-you-go option on the day of your visit.
For school or group trips, contact us directly to arrange bookings. We offer special rates and packages for larger groups.
From time-to-time, we offer various promotions and discounts. Check our website or social media for the latest deals.
Our loyalty card program offers rewards or discounts for frequent visitors. Details on earning and using loyalty points are available on our website or by asking at guest services.
Refunds and cancellations are generally not available. Contact our customer service team for potential options if extenuating circumstances arise.
Birthday Parties
To book a birthday party, you can either contact us directly or use our Birthday Party Booking Page to reserve your party online. For personalised assistance or to discuss specific details, feel free to reach out to our team.
For a second birthday child, an additional €15 will be charged. This fee includes a Funtasia card, a T-shirt, and a lollipop.
In the Park
Yes, specific rides and attractions have height and age restrictions. These are posted at each attraction or on our website.
Outside food and drinks are generally not allowed, except for baby food and medical dietary needs. We offer a variety of food options at our on-site restaurant.
We offer a variety of dining options, including fast food, snacks, and beverages. For detailed menus and locations, visit our website or ask at guest services.
Pets are generally not allowed, except for service animals with proper documentation. Contact us in advance to ensure accommodation for service animals.
Yes, there is a first aid room on-site for any medical emergencies.
Smoking is not permitted.
We have a code of conduct to ensure safety and enjoyment. This includes no running or inappropriate behaviour. Park rules are posted throughout the facility.

Admission is €24.95 per person. Children aged 2 and under enter for free.
All waterpark activities are included with no extra charges inside.
For the best value, book our Online Family Package (must be booked at least 24 hours in advance).
We now operate a timeslot entry system for the waterpark. Tickets can be booked in advance online, or purchased on the day at the waterpark desk or kiosk, subject to availability.
You are still welcome to arrive on the day without a pre-booked ticket, but entry will depend on which timeslots are still available, and admission is not guaranteed for your preferred time.
Simply choose the entry timeslot that works best for you and enter the waterpark at your selected time. This helps us reduce queuing times significantly and makes your visit much more convenient. Once you’re inside, you can stay as long as you like.

Carers and individuals with disabilities can continue to purchase tickets at the waterpark desk as usual.
Yes, carers of individuals with special needs receive a reduced admission price of €17.50 for the waterpark. To qualify for this discount, please present a valid Disability/Carer Membership Card (e.g., from Irish Autism Action or the Carers Association) or a GP letter at the ticket counter.
Additionally, we offer a unique armband system for guests who may require extra assistance or supervision during their visit. Please inquire at the Waterpark reception desk for more details on this service.
Yes, lockers are available in the Waterpark changing area for your convenience. A €1 coin is required to rent a locker, which will be refunded when you return the key.
You can enjoy unlimited time in the waterpark during our operating hours.
However, please be aware that re-entry is not permitted once you leave the park. If you plan to spend a significant amount of time in the waterpark, we recommend bringing a plastic bottle of water to stay hydrated and having a meal before you enter.
No, Funtasia is primarily a water fun area featuring slides and various water-based activities rather than traditional swimming pools.
Personal pool floats and inflatables are not allowed. We provide designated play areas with equipment for guests.
Yes, we offer a free viewing area for guests. Please note that this area is not intended for supervising children, as it does not provide a full view of the entire waterpark.
Buggies and pushchairs are not allowed in the waterpark area for safety and space reasons.
Unfortunately, the waterpark is not fully wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs can be used up to the changing rooms, but cannot be taken beyond that point into the waterpark area.

There are no lifts in the waterpark. Accessible toilets are provided to accommodate guests with disabilities. If you need assistance or have specific accessibility requirements, please contact our guest services team.

A fantastic indoor entertainment facility for kids of nearly all ages. A huge pool with a massive range of fun stuff, from baby slides and fountains, to huge multi water slides for older kids and adults.
An arcade, indoor fairground rides (you heard that right!), a train that drives around a track upstairs, bowling alleys, and multiple video games.
Then, there's the activities!!!
Zip lining across the roof, vertical drop onto a slide, and a sky walk, guaranteed to rattle even the bravest of souls!
Book tickets online or on arrival. Always busy, but there is plenty of room for everyone.
A diner and an ice-cream parlour to keep the energy levels up.
Put it on your to-do list, and if you are ever up the East Coast, it's definitely worth a daytrip. Allow almost a full day. You'll need it!
Plenty of fun and exciting attractions for all ages. Just buy the card at the entry and enjoy the trip. Food, ice cream 🍦 at the ground floor Casino for adults, ask staff for directions.
Great place, very kids friendly. Plenty of lockers, helpful staff. Baby changing areas and toilets were very clean as were the whole facilities throughout the venue. Very warm water and plenty of attractions.
We attended the pirate Cove and paid 19.90 per head, this was inclusive of the two big slides.
Really nice experience, so much variety in what you can do here. We had a great time in the indoor waterpark, and many other activities like skyclimbing, ziplines, arcade machines and more. Super fun family experience, it will make great memories for everyone participating.
Great day out lots of fun. Plenty to do for all ages. I really like the way you get a top up card to use on all the activities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn't try the water park but it looks like a lot of fun. So next time we'll go there. Over all a very enjoyable few hours here.
