Tiny Italian Pizza
Ingredients
Tomato Sauce
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 Can Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Pinch Sugar
- 1 tbsp Oregano
Pizza Base
- 225g Flour, Self Raising
- 150ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Oregano
Toppings
- Cheese, Cheddar or Mozzarella
- Mushroom
- Ham
- Olives
Directions
SAUCE
Crush garlic, add oil, tomatoes, tomato puree, sugar, oregano, salt and pepper in a saucepan over a medium heat for 15 minutes stirring until really thick.BASE
Add the pizza base ingredients together and pat into a ball. Roll until thinner than your finger. Put oil on baking tray and cut dough into circles. Spread tomato sauce over base, then top with cheese and other toppings. Bake in oven for 10 minutes and serve with fresh basil.
