Ingredients

  • 2 Mashed Bananas, the ripper the better
  • 1 apple peeled and grated
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • A handful of mixed seeds, pumpkin and sunflower (can be grinded with a pestie and mortar)
  • 150g rolled oats, porridge oats
  • 150ml milk
  • 1 cup frozen berries defrosted or handful of fresh blueberries
  • Optional for chocolate flapjacks and 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • Directions

    Grease and line a 20cm square tin with baking parchment. Mix all ingredients together. Put into cake tin. You can also make them into cookies by placing the mixture in cookie shaped blobs on the grease proof paper. Bake for about 40 minutes or until they are browing and you can smell the lovely aroma.
