We want everyone to enjoy their visit to Funtasia .

Please show common courtesy to your fellow guests at all times.  Do not use or engage in offensive behavior in or around  Funtasia The use of threatening or abusive language, fighting and / or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated in Funtasia Intoxication or use of alcoholic beverages is not  permitted in Funtasia , The use or possession of any type of illegal narcotic, drug paraphernalia  is prohibited In or around the premises. Smoking is also prohibited inside the Funtasia building.

No pets allowed in Funtasia.

No chewing gum or eating in the play area or bowling alley.

Socks must be worn in the play area.

Please abide by all the safety rules , regulations and signage while visiting Funtasia, They are all to ensure your safety and the safety of your fellow guests.

1. Read and obey posted signs
2. Obey all instructions given by the attendants, operators & lifeguards.
3. No person should bring glass, cigarettes or food into the water area.
4. Any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the Waterpark.
5. Pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not use slides.
6. Loose items, (glasses, cameras, wallets, hats, keys, etc) should be left with non riders or secured. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Eyeglasses must be securely affixed to riders with head straps.
7. Ride at your own risk.
8. Customers are asked to shower before entering the pool.   

Strictly No Spectators

In the interest of hygiene and health & safety it has been decided that as of and from the 20th of June 2009 there are STRICTLY NO SPECTATORS allowed into the Waterpark.

We are full aware that this may have an initial downside but we believe this will not only increase the cleanliness of the Waterpark but more importantly it will reduce the amount of accident in this area which can only be seen as positive.

Strictly no shoes or socks can be worn in the Waterpark.

All customers entering the Waterpark must pay full price with the obvious exception of children under 2 go free, any valid vouchers or loyalty card discounts.

Under 12s Accompanied

It has also been decided that children under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while using the facility.

In the interest of safety to the child we would also recommend a ratio of no more than 1 adult to every 5 children.

No Food or Drink

No food or drinks allowed in waterpark (with the exception of water).   

Caution

• Look at the ride and decide if you can safely participate. You are the best judge of you limitations.
• Please over with the current at all times
• Shallow water. Customers must all enter feet first.
• Diving is not permitted
• Unruly behavior and horseplay are not permitted
• Personal flotation device, boogie boards and inflatables are not permitted.
• Please do not stack stand or kneel on tubes
• Please follow the instructions of the lifeguard at all times
• Failure to follow these rules may result in injury to yourself or others
• Water depth varies from 30cm to 1.5m
  

Individual Slide Rules  ( Frame Slide Rules)

1. Maximum Load 1 person 300lbs (136kg)
2. Children under 42 inches (1.07 m) tall are not permitted on this ride
3. Eyeglasses must be securely affixed ti riders with head straps
4. Swim wear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation are not permitted.
5. Only one rider to enter the flume at a time. Single riders Only!
6. Never form chains
7. Slide must be ridden feet first lying on your back with legs firmly crossed at ankles and arms folded across the chest(to prevent elbows contacting the flume)
8. Riders must wait for the attendants start signal before starting the ride.
9. Keep arms and hands inside the flumes at all times.
10. Do not run, stand, kneel, rotate or stop in the slide
11. At the end of the slide, obey all instructions and exit quickly.
12. Caution: for safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride this slide.
13. Do not block the end of slide
14. No swimming or flotation devices allowed in the shutdown lane.
    

Individual Slide Rules AD (Tots Slides & play area)

1. Maximum Load 1 person 200lbs ( 91kg)
2. Children under 6 must be supervised by a parent to use these ride.
3. Eyeglasses must be securely affixed ti riders with head straps
4. Swim wear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation are not permitted.
5. Only one rider to enter the flume at a time. Single riders Only!
6. Never form chains
7. Slide must be ridden feet first lying or sitting facing forward.
8. Riders must wait for the attendants start signal before starting the ride.
9. Keep arms and hands inside the flumes at all times.
10. Do not run, stand, kneel, rotate or stop in the slide
11. At the end of the slide, obey all instructions and exit quickly.
12. Caution: for safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride this slide.
13. Do not block the end of slide
14. No swimming or flotation devices allowed in the shutdown lane.
    

Individual Slide Rules  (Boomerango & Superbowl)

1.     Maximum Load 2 person 400lbs ( 182kg). Minimum total vehicle weight is 100lb (45.5kg)
2.     Children under 48 inches (1.22m) tall are not permitted on this ride..
3.     Eyeglasses must be securely affixed ti riders with head straps
4.     Swim wear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation are not permitted.
5.     Only one inner tube to enter the flume at a time
6.     Never form chains
7.     Tubes must be ridden in a seated position, facing forward.
8.     Riders must stay on the tubes during the ride. If you accidentally fall from the tube continue on down the flume without it and exit normally.
9.     Riders must wait for the attendants start signal before starting the ride.
10.  Keep arms and hands inside the flumes at all times.
11.  Do not run, stand, kneel, rotate or stop in the slide
12.  At the end of the slide, obey all instructions and exit quickly.
13.  If you do not make it over the hump and into the splash pool proceed to the alternate exit at the bottom of the ride.
14.  Caution: for safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride this slide.
15.  Do not block the end of slide
16.  No swimming or flotation devices allowed in the shutdown lane

For your convenience we have automated teller machines in Funtasia, ask any member of our staff to show you where they are located.

Baby changing units

We have baby changing facilities located in all of our disabled toilets.

Credit cards

We accept all major credit cards at Funtasia.

Wheelchair access

Funtasia has been carefully designed insuring wheelchair accessibility throughout the entire building.

Customer care is extremely important here at Funtasia, please do not hesitate to  ask any member of our staff for assistance if required. We will be very glad to assist in any way we can!
